L.B's Western Store and Trailer Sales are the largest of their kind on the East Coast. They were established in 1976 by Leon Barker to give his trailer customers something to occupy their time while waiting on credit approval or to get in out of the cold while their trailer was being worked on. This store started out only being about 25' x 30'. Since this time the size of the store has tripled. In 1998, Leon was considering selling both the trailer business and the western store. To prevent this from happening, Lisa and Phillip, Leon's daughter & son, took over the operation of the businesses to keep them in the family.
L.B's Western Store is still family owned and operated today. So, the importance of quality and personal customer service continues to be stressed. Our goal at L.B's is to provide our customers with a comfortable, enjoyable, and valuable shopping experience. We have been told by numerous customers that we have the largest selection of western apparel in our area, and this is even competing with corporate owned stores. L.B's carries only the best quality brand names like: Justin, Acme, Olathe, Dan Post, American West, Durango, Double H, Old West, Laredo, Rocky, Harley-Davidson Footwear, Wrangler, 20X, Riggs Work wear by Wrangler, Rockies Jeans, Cruel Girl, Cinch, Carhartt, Montana Silversmith, Force Ten Pocketbooks, 3-D Belts, Breyer Horses, Petrol Jeans & Lawman Jeans. Items that are in stock in the store will be shipped within 3 days of the date of the order. Items that have to be special ordered will depend on the company. Usually, they ship within 3-5 days from the order date. If it is going to be longer than that I will let you know by e-mail.
Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:
If you are located near L.B's Western Store, you can return your online purchase to the store for exchange.
Lbswesternstore.com will gladly exchange, repair, or credit (excluding shipping charges) your credit card on any merchandise purchased from lbswesternstore.com within 30 days of purchase. Merchandise must be accompanied by a packing slip and/or email confirmation and be in saleable condition (tags, packaging intact, unwashed, unworn).
Boots may be exchanged or returned only if the soles are unscratched and the boots are in as-new condition (including original box). When trying on boots, be sure to walk only in carpeted area until you are sure that your boots fit correctly.
How to Ship Your Return or Exchange
On the back of your packing slip and/or email confirmation form give a brief description of why merchandise is being returned and whether you want a refund to credit card, repair, or exchange. For exchange, be sure to include correct size information. For your protection, we recommend you choose the same shipper that delivered your product, and fully insure the package. We cannot be responsible for uninsured packages. Be sure to wrap the package securely.
If you are to receive credit, allow one to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your credit card statement. Your credit card will be charged for any replacement merchandise when shipped, if there is an additional amount owed.
L.B's Western Store WILL NOT ACCEPT ANY RETURN PACKAGE SENT C.O.D.
MERCHANDISE THAT HAS BEEN ALTERED OR MONOGRAMMED CANNOT BE RETURNED FOR REFUND OR EXCHANGE.
Worn or used merchandise that is defective may be returned for exchange (subject to availability). Products that have failed as a result of normal fair wear and tear are not eligible for exchange.
Cancellation Policies
Please send an e-mail with your order number and your name to cancel any order. Orders that have already been shipped can not be cancelled.
